In order to actively respond to the upcoming low-temperature rain and snow weather, minimize the impact of rain, snow and ice disasters on the Luxi power grid, and do a good job in anti-freeze and thaw ice and peak winter power protection, the company entered the "anti-freeze and thaw ice combat state" in advance.
The drill simulated continuous low temperature rain and snow weather, the on-site wind speed of 5m/s, the temperature of minus 4 °C, resulting in the 35 kV energy washing line icing more than 24mm and the 10 kV Wuzhi Line Qingjiashan Branch Line 073 pole 073 pole line icing more than 10mm, the need to urgently through the mechanical ice melting program and manual de-icing methods for ice melting.
The exercise lasted for 2 hours, including five processes, including the release of ice warnings, the notification of relevant units, the start of anti-freeze and thaw ice, the disposal of anti-freeze thaw ice and the termination of ice melting, which truly simulated the process of anti-freeze and thaw disposal. At the scene of the exercise, the personnel had a clear division of labor, carried out various ice melting work item by item in accordance with the exercise plan, strictly abided by the safety operation procedures, conscientiously implemented the instructions of the ice melting command team leader, and successfully completed the ice melting rehearsal work by observing the ice situation, submitting information reporting, issuing early warning notices, submitting applications for ice melting blackouts, stopping operations, installing short wiring, overlapping cables on both sides of the ice melting, starting ice melting, measuring temperature, and observing the melting of ice. The safety supervision department, the distribution network department and other relevant technical personnel analyze and guide the technical problems existing in the drill process at any time, and the review team makes professional comments on the drill.
