As one of the most colorful branches of soldiers in the history of human warfare, from the day of its debut, the cavalry has been sung by countless poets, scholars and singers, Such as Cervantes' Don Quixote, the famous Song of Roland, and the Polish cavalry that has been praised several times for saving Western Europe. Their presence was both a guardianship of chivalry and a forced defense of the nobility. Because soon after they withdrew from the stage of history, the aristocratic class also began to collapse with it, replaced by the middle class and the spirit of petty bourgeoisie.

On September 1, 1939, 1.6 million German troops, supported by 2,800 tanks and 2,000 aircraft, attacked Poland, and as a knightly tradition, Poland immediately reacted by sending elite cavalry regiments to attack north and seize the German land of Longxing, East Prussia, in an attempt to pressure Germany and look forward to encircling Wei to save Zhao. Unfortunately, however, the Polish cavalry, which had won all the previous battles, encountered the famous German general Guderian, who had already known the Polish target and sent the 19th Panzer Army to wait for a long time. Three days later, the Polish cavalry army broke into East Prussia.
Although it was easy to win, Guderian recalled afterwards that when they launched the tank offensive, the Polish wing cavalry not only did not retreat, but on the contrary, they also surged up like a tide, launched an attack on the tanks, and although a large number of elite knights fell to the ground under machine gun fire, they still caused unnecessary casualties to Guderian and were forced to retreat tens of kilometers. Subsequently, the winged cavalry launched a surprise attack using gasoline bottles and cluster grenades, successfully stopping the enemy's attack. But with the victory of large armies on the Polish front, these cavalry also gradually went to a disadvantage, and finally the Warsaw Pact was signed, Poland was divided, and the cavalry was brutally killed.
The reason why Poland would use cavalry as the main force in this war of national subjugation was inseparable from the prestige of the wing cavalry, in the Siege of Vienna in 1683, the Polish wing cavalry fell as a divine soldier, with high mobility and powerful weapons, successfully defeated hundreds of thousands of Turkish troops. It protected the civilization of Western Europe, which was at a low ebb, and was called the "Shield of God" by the people of the time. After the establishment of the Soviet Union, the famous Polish general Pisutsky once commanded the Polish cavalry group to launch a fierce assault on the First Cavalry Army commanded by the legendary general Budyonny of the Red Army, although it was only a short time after the restoration, but the excellent combat effectiveness of the Polish cavalry was still impressive, and after several spear attacks, the Soviet Red Army was forced to withdraw from the battlefield. The battle also completely blocked the Soviet Union's dream of trying to plant red flags all over the world.
There is no doubt that it was this battle that gave Poland a blind fanaticism for cavalry tactics, and this fanaticism also contributed to Poland's crazy refinement of cold weapons, and on the shore of the great power, it only knew how to pursue the glory of the cold weapon period, and the demise of Poland can be described as digging the Great Wall.
