On the evening of December 23, the 10th Baoding New Year Concert of 2022 was sung at the Zhili Grand Theater as scheduled. 16 selected Chinese and foreign famous songs are full of qi and intestines, presenting the infinite charm of elegant art to the public.
As an important part of the city's theme cultural benefit season activities, the "Ode to 100 Years • Quality Baoding" 2022 Baoding New Year Concert is one of the series of activities of the Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department "Cultural Baoding • Enjoy Life". Sun Ying, a young conductor in France, took the lead, and the Baoding Symphony Orchestra and the Classic Choir took the lead.
This concert selects the most indispensable strauss family works "Wish you a healthy march" and "Spring Sound Round Dance" repertoire; Wang Shuo, principal soprano of the National Symphony Orchestra of China, sings "My Dear Daddy" (selected from the opera "Garniski"), etc.; the famous mezzo-soprano singer Xie Yiman sings "Playing tambourines and singing songs"; and "Dedicate Everything to the Party" and "Sing Mountain Songs to the Party" and other familiar songs, bringing a better interactive experience to the audience.

In the performance of the evening, the classic choir brought a mixed chorus of "Memories of Qin'e Lou Shanguan", "Frontier Everywhere Sai Jiangnan", "Roar, Yellow River!" "My Motherland" and other classic songs. The classic choir composed of retired and active professional singers of the National Academy of Arts and the Military Cultural and Labor Troupe and some outstanding singers in the amateur choir was personally founded by Xu Xiyi, a famous composer and conductor of the former General Political Song and Dance Troupe and chairman of the China Music Association Choral Alliance, and in the past 16 years, the number of Chinese and foreign classic songs sung has accumulated more than 100, which is deeply loved by the audience.
The song reverberates and is far away. The exquisite interpretation of the artists has immersed the public audience in the charm of elegant music for a long time; the concert uses sound art as the medium, which greatly enriches the cultural and artistic life of the citizens and enhances the level of appreciation of culture and art.
