In order to ensure the safety and health of women and children, the Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission recently identified 108 emergency midwifery institutions for emergency delivery services such as ordinary maternal obstetric examination and hospital delivery.
Once the designated treatment hospitals for new crown pneumonia in various places are activated or sealed and controlled, pregnant women who have been documented in the hospital before the opening or sealing and control management, pregnant women who are waiting to give birth at the time of use, as well as pregnant women who have been archived before the temporary closure of individual medical institutions related to the epidemic and who are waiting for delivery at the time of closure, should be transferred to the identified emergency midwifery institutions that are still functioning normally to receive the necessary obstetric examinations and hospital delivery.
Pregnant women and children infected with the new crown virus should be transferred to the designated hospital for treatment of new crown pneumonia with obstetric and pediatric treatment capacity in accordance with the norms.
