Microsoft launches the "Windows Wednesday" webcast in 2022

What is Windows Wednesday?

IT House has learned that Windows Wednesday is a 30-minute webcast every week, and Microsoft will discuss any issues related to Windows. The Microsoft side will invite subject matter experts to talk about their tools and features, provide live demos, and help answer any questions you may have. Some of the topics Microsoft will discuss include Windows Terminal, the Linux subsystem of Windows, Windows sounds, PowerToys, and fonts, to name a few. Microsoft wants to invite people who develop products or tools on Windows to be guests on the show! The show will be hosted by Kayla Cinnamon, with Scott Hanselman co-hosting some of these shows.

When and where can I watch?

Windows Wednesday shows will be streamed live every Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. PST / 4:00 p.m. UTC (i.e. Thursday at 0:00 BST) on the Windows Developer YouTube channel and the Learn TV website. Episodes will be on demand during the day on Friday of the same week. The pilot episode will air on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, and Microsoft will discuss how to customize your Windows Terminal.

See you in the new year

Microsoft says it can't wait to start the show and hopes you'll join Microsoft in the new year. If you have any topics you'd like to see, or would like to be a guest on the show, feel free to contact @Kayla on Twitter. Microsoft wants everyone to have a wonderful holiday, see you in January.
