This general is not a Mongol, he is a descendant of the Han people, and his ancestors are Guo Ziyi, a famous general of the Tang Dynasty. The history books record: "Guo Baoyu, Zi Yuchen, a native of Zheng County, Huazhou, and a descendant of Ling Ziyi of Tang Zhongshu. Good at astronomy, martial arts, good at riding and shooting. Moreover, Guo Baoyu is also one of the prototypes of Guo Jing in the martial arts novel "The Legend of the Eagle Shooter".
At that time, Guo Baoyu saw that the Southern Song Dynasty court was weak and the Mongol army was strong, and sighed: "The northern army is south, and the beam is descending, and the heavens have changed their surnames." So Guo Baoyu surrendered to Genghis Khan and gave him many suggestions for treating the people kindly after winning the war, and Genghis Khan obeyed, and from then on, Guo Baoyu was reused under Genghis Khan.
Later, Guo Baoyu followed Genghis Khan to fight the Khitan clan and won a great victory, but when Guo Baoyu was fighting, a cold arrow shot at his chest, Guo Baoyu did not hide, the arrow in his chest, turned over and fell to the ground, fainted, and the blood flowed continuously. The soldiers hurriedly reported Tonghis Khan, and When Genghis Khan couldn't see it, he hurriedly ordered someone to bring a cow over!
What does this cow do? "Bao Yu's chest is flowing with arrows, and the emperor ordered the cattle to be cut into it, and it is less than a few, nai su." It turned out that Genghis Khan ordered someone to cut open the tripe to remove the internal organs, and then gently placed Guo Baoyu inside the tripe. Miraculously, after a while, Guo Baoyu woke up, and then after a simple bandaging treatment, Guo Baoyu quickly recovered his vitality and continued to fight on the battlefield.
In fact, this "tripe treatment method" has a special name, called "belly method", the TV series "The Biography of the Female Doctor Ming Concubine" has been interpreted: in the play, the female doctor Tan Yunxian, the injured Ming Yingzong Zhu Qi town into the beef tripe, Zhu Qi town successfully woke up. Of course, this is only the plot of the TV series, but in addition to Genghis Khan in history, the Ming Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty also used this method, and Li Shizhen also wrote it in the medical book.
