After Chen Yi's death, at the moment of great misfortune of losing her loved ones, Zhang Qian "was not overwhelmed by the feelings of grief and was not intimidated by the evil disease", and followed Chen Yi's will and began to sort out his manuscript. But at this time, she was found to be terminally ill with cancer, and she spent less than a year editing a "Selected Poems of Chen Yi" in her serious illness, and wrote a pertinent preface to the evaluation, which became a two-chapter postscript poem with words and blood, but in 1974, Zhang Qian, who was only 52 years old, died, which made posterity sigh.
