The chairman of the company is Yuan Jianmin. Mr. Yuan Jianmin: Born in 1957, Chinese nationality, no permanent right of abode abroad, bachelor degree, engineer, worked in Shanghai Electric Meter Factory from July 1979 to May 1988, worked as an engineer in Hong Kong Digital Model Technology Co., Ltd. from June 1988 to February 1991, joined Shenzhen Huashengchang Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. since March 1991, and served as a director and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Huashengchang Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. since July 1995.
