Express air special line to help matsutake "fly" out of Yunnan

In Shangri-La, Yunnan Province, August is the season when edible mushrooms such as matsutake mushrooms are listed, and as a typical representative of local specialties in Yunnan, the failure of matsutake mushrooms to be transported will affect the development of the entire industry. Tang Xijin, president of the Yunnan Matsutake Association, introduced that from June to September every year, villagers come out early and return late every day in the deep mountains of the plateau, hoping that there will be a good harvest that year. This year, due to the sudden decrease in rainfall, matsutake production is already small, coupled with the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has led to a reduction in transport capacity, if the harvested matsutake can not be shipped in time, it will directly affect the income of farmers.

The transportation time of fresh matsutake mushrooms is required to be within 48 hours, and the temperature should be maintained at 0-10 degrees Celsius, if the road takes too long, it will lead to matsutake rotting, mildew, flannishing and so on. Due to the high requirements of matsutake for transportation, air freight is the best way to transport matsutake upwards. The repeated epidemics have led to an average scattered flight cancellation rate of more than 50% at the two major airports in Yunnan Province, Kunming and Lijiang, and local merchants and farmers face the risk of compensation caused by matsutake damage. Not only that, a certain range of damage will also have a great impact on the brand of Yunnan matsutake mushrooms. Under such circumstances, how to transport fresh matsutake mushrooms has become a problem of anxiety for local farmers and merchants.

In order to help the transportation of agricultural products under the epidemic situation and ensure the normal operation of the mushroom industry in Yunnan, on August 5, SF Airlines officially opened the "Diqing-Kunming-Shenzhen" matsutake transport all-cargo aircraft route, which built an air bridge for the matsutake to "fly" out.

The relevant person in charge of SF Express Yunnan District said that before the epidemic, Yunnan bulk shipping capacity was able to transport nearly 300 tons of matsutake mushrooms, after the outbreak, the scattered shipping resources were only 94 tons, and there was a gap of more than 200 tons that needed to be filled urgently. In this regard, SF urgently invested 4 all-cargo aircraft in Yunnan Province, covering the core flow direction of southwest, south and east China, with an average daily increase of more than 100 tons; At the same time, nearly 20 trains of high-speed rail are also called, transporting more than 10 tons per day; A number of refrigerated trucks were urgently mobilized to transport matsutake from the production area to the airports of neighboring provinces for emergency bulk cargo to ensure that matsutake mushrooms were not hoarded at the collection and delivery points.

Zhang Xuezhong, head of Yunnan Diqingzhou Foreign Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., sighed: "This year's rain is scarce, resulting in a decline in matsutake production, and every matsutake mushroom is precious. Every day, matsutake mushrooms can be shipped out normally, and the proceeds and signs are preserved. ”

Tang Xijin stressed that the normal operation of the matsutake industry in Yunnan is inseparable from the joint efforts of the whole society and the whole industry. Whether it is agricultural enterprises, logistics companies, matsutake merchants, are doing their best to protect Yunnan matsutake mushrooms, despite the difficulties, but the whole society fights side by side, matsutake "out of Yunnan" has been guaranteed!
