For primary and secondary schools and childcare institutions, it is recommended to do the following to prevent influenza:

1. Earnestly implement the morning (noon) inspection, absence from class due to illness, and registration systems. Students who cannot come to school due to illness should find out the cause of the disease, and once it is verified as a case of infectious disease, it should be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations.

2. Manage influenza cases well. Confirmed influenza cases can not be "sick" to class, should be treated at home or in the hospital, until the body temperature returns to normal, other flu-like symptoms disappeared for 48 hours before the hospital certificate can resume classes.

3. Keep the environment clean and ventilated. Keep classrooms and dormitories clean and well ventilated. Clean the classrooms and dormitories frequently, and ensure a certain period of window ventilation every day, at least three times a day, each time not less than 10 minutes.

4. Reduce or avoid large group activities. During the epidemic of respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza, schools and childcare institutions should minimize or avoid group activities such as large indoor gatherings to reduce the risk of transmission.
