"Jade Body Horizontal Chen" comes from the Tang Dynasty poet Li Shangyin's "Two Songs of Northern Qi": Xiao Pi Jade Body Horizontal Chen Night, has reported zhou shi into Jinyang. Behind this idiom, it involves the history of the demise of Northern Qi.
He Liuhun began his family history
In the last years of the Northern Wei Dynasty, Empress Hu of Northern Wei ruled the Northern Wei Empire. Empress Hu's ambitions were not lost to those of the later Empress Wu Zetian and Empress Dowager Cixi, but her talent was inferior to that of others, so not long after Empress Dowager Hu took power, the Northern Wei Empire fell into chaos, and eventually, after some changes, Northern Wei split into two parts: Eastern Wei and Western Wei.
Although both Eastern Wei and Western Wei were nominally continuations of Northern Wei, neither the Eastern Wei Emperor Yuan Shanjian nor the Western Wei Emperor Yuan Baoju were puppets—the real power of Eastern Wei was controlled by the powerful minister and warlord He Liuhun.
And He Liuhun was the famous founder of the Northern Qi Dynasty- Gao Huan. He Liuhun is his humble name.
Northern Qi's Road of No Return
Shortly after He Liuhun's death, his second son Gao Yang deposed the Eastern Wei Emperor and established the Northern Qi Dynasty. At this time, the land of Huaxia was in a state of three divisions of the world- the southern dynasty was in the south, and the northern wei (later transformed into northern Zhou) and northern Qi. Among these three countries, the strongest is northern Qi, and northern Qi is also the most powerful side of the three countries to unify China.
Unfortunately, the Northern Qi clan seems to be very fond of civil unrest, and northern Qi officially founded the country to be destroyed by Northern Zhou, less than thirty years before and after, but in these nearly thirty years, there have been six emperors, during which the palace coups have been continuous - which also shows the bloodiness and cruelty of the Northern Qi clan.

Gao Wei's favorite concubine, Feng Shufei. Feng Shufei's real name is Feng Xiaopi. According to legend, Feng Xiaopi's ice muscles and jade bones can be called a generation of special objects, and Gao Wei is very fond of Feng Xiaopi, and sings with Feng Xiaopi all day and night. Northern Qi, which was already in a state of decline, under the toss of Gao Wei, its national strength was even more collapsed.
In the genes of the Gao family, there seems to be a serious perverted gene: for example, Gao Wei's father, the Wucheng Emperor Gao Zhan, especially liked to occupy his sister-in-law Li Zu'e (the wife of Emperor Wenxuan Gao Yang), while when Gao Yang was alive, he liked to have an affair with Gao Huan's concubine.
