Breast cancer was diagnosed two years after plastic surgery
Around 2000, Ms. Li, 26, underwent Omedine breast augmentation surgery, which was still a nationally recognized medical device, but in 2006, the State Food and Drug Administration revoked Omedine's medical device registration certificate and completely stopped its production, sales and use.
In 2017, when Ms. Li was undergoing a physical examination at the hospital, a doctor suggested that she take out omemodine to reduce the harm to the body. Ms. Li asked the doctor if she could complete the omeldine removal surgery at Xijing Hospital. Ms. Li recalled that at that time, the doctor told her that the hospital could do surgery, but after the operation, her chest would be sunken, and then she had to go to the plastic surgery department for chest filling, and the two surgeries could not be performed at the same time.
After returning home from the hospital, a neighbor recommended a medical beauty clinic to Ms. Li. In June 2017, Ms. Li came to the Xi'an Yanta Baikai Outpatient Department located on Furong West Road in Xi'an City, Ms. Li said that at that time, the head of the outpatient department, Ms. Liu, said that she could invite dr. "After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I contacted the Bakai Clinic and asked it to provide all my medical records, but the person in charge was either on a business trip or had an affair, and has been dragging on without giving information."
Because Ms. Li's condition was more serious at that time, she had to treat it first. In mid-July this year, after completing 8 rounds of chemotherapy and 6 rounds of radiation therapy, Ms. Li's condition was controlled and she was discharged from the hospital to take medicine and recuperate at home.
"During the treatment, I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't contact the Bakai Clinic, and after I was discharged from the hospital, I looked back on the whole process and found that there were many problems." Ms. Li said that she had thought that the Bakai Outpatient Department, like regular hospitals, would automatically keep medical records, so she did not pay attention to whether there were surgical records at that time, and the outpatient department did not take the initiative to provide them. In some of the bank transfer records provided by Ms. Li, the reporter saw that in 2017, Ms. Li transferred a total of 1.595 million yuan to a person surnamed Ma (Ma Mou) and 1.3 million yuan to Ms. Liu; In 2018, 563,000 yuan was transferred to Ms. Liu and 530,000 yuan was transferred to Bai Kai Medical Beauty; Transferred 198,000 yuan to Ms. Liu in 2019; In 2020, 310,000 yuan was transferred to Ms. Liu, with a total transfer of 4.496 million yuan.
According to the Tianyancha App, from 2017 to 2020, Ma Mou and Ms. Liu were the main investors of Xi'an Baikai Outpatient Partnership (Limited Partnership).
