At 0-24:00 on December 16, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported no new suspected cases and asymptomatic infected persons, and 4 new locally confirmed cases (3 cases in Manzhouli City, Hulunbuir, 1 case in New Balhu Right Banner). 12 new locally confirmed cases were cured and discharged from hospital (all of which were in Manzhouli City, Hulunbuir). The specific circumstances of the new local confirmed cases are as follows:
Confirmed cases 554 to 556: All of them were positive in nucleic acid tests in Manzhouli City during the centralized isolation period, and were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia after consultation with expert groups.
Confirmed case 557: The new Balhu Right Banner was positive in nucleic acid testing during the centralized isolation period, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia after consultation with the expert group.
At present, the above-mentioned personnel have been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation and treatment, and the relevant circulation and investigation work is still in progress.
As of 24:00 on December 16, there were 493 locally confirmed cases in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (481 cases in Hulunbuir Manzhouli City, 10 cases in Xinbalhu Right Banner; 2 cases of related confirmed cases in Manzhouli City, in Horqin District, Tongliao City). All are isolated and treated in designated hospitals, and all close contacts are centralized in designated places for medical observation to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
