Makiun-an Village

West ChejiaoHe Village
With a history of more than 300 years, Xichejiaohe Village is a famous flower village on the Jiaodong Peninsula, which was famous for its 300-family florist hundreds of years ago. The village is surrounded by mountains on three sides, facing the sea in the east, looking up at the peaks and offering greenery, looking down at the flowers, and the scenery is beautiful in all seasons!
In recent years, with the support of the government, the village has changed its business model, from the loose development of each household to the centralized operation. In accordance with the positioning of "livable, suitable for work, suitable for travel", relying on the number of tourists and regional brand advantages in Chishan Mountain View Area, along the 3-kilometer circular road of BeichejiaoHe and Xichejiaohe, more than 30 landscape scenic spots have been built, 8 groups and 50 Zen health homestays have been transformed, and 1 flower display and trading center has been built, 8 flower breeding and cultivation greenhouses, and more than 100 acres of off-site flower seedling planting bases.
Liujia Village, East Island
Liujia Village, Dongdao, located in Wanglian Street, with the management mode of "credit + volunteer service + welfare treatment", has solved various "stubborn diseases" that plague rural development, bred a good family style, purified the village customs and folk customs, and created a strong atmosphere of "reverence for virtue and benevolence, seeing the wise and thinking together" in the whole society.
At present, Liujia Village on Dongdao Island has set up more than ten volunteer service detachments such as "Red Pioneer", "Skilled Craftsman", "Beautiful Kitchen Lady" and "Good Homeland", more than 70% of the people in the village are volunteers, and the environmental sanitation in the village, the care of the lonely and widowed elderly, and the maintenance of the villagers' agricultural machinery are all undertaken by volunteers, forming a situation in which everyone participates and everyone benefits.
Lin Jia Liu Village
Linjialiu Village was founded in the Ming Zhengde period and has a history of more than 500 years. The village is dominated by seagrass houses and brick houses, the oldest of which was built in the Qing Shunzhi period, with a history of more than 300 years, and was awarded the provincial traditional village in 2017.
Linjialiu Village has a 3 km coastline and more than 600 acres of beaches. The sandy texture of the beach is delicate, the slope is gentle, the sea is clear, and the small seafood resources are abundant, which is an excellent punch card for experiencing the leisure of catching the sea.
Shengjia Village
Shengjia Village is famous for the centuries-old Shengjia fire, according to legend, the ancestor of the Sheng family led his children and grandchildren to settle here, founded Shengjia Village, and brought the fire to this craft, the whole village will make fire, 70% or 80% of the farmers are engaged in the fire business. In 2006, Shengjia Fire was rated as the first batch of excellent tourism commodities in Rongcheng City, and in 2008, it was selected into the list of intangible cultural heritage of Weihai City.
Nowadays, the village has re-expanded the fire factory, built a Shengjia Fire Folk Customs Exhibition Hall that integrates production and display, marketing promotion and sightseeing experience, and simultaneously supports parks and other facilities such as Parkson Residence, Shengjia Picking Garden, and Shengjia Fishing Garden, to meet the needs of tourists to watch and play, leisure and entertainment and other experiences.
Dongdun Village
Dongdun Village is located in Ningjin Subdistrict, built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, and has the name Dongdun from the Ming Dynasty Tobacco Pier. In 2018, it was selected into the "Directory of Traditional Chinese Villages". The village has the "Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit" Dongdun Seagrass House Residential Group, and has built Gu Mu Former Residence, Gu Mu Biography Hall, Shidao Folk Customs Hall, Qinglian Family Style Hall, Confucius Academy and other characteristic exhibition halls, forming a "one courtyard, one theme, one museum and one characteristic" seagrass house theme courtyard group, "Gu Mu Former Residence" is the provincial party history education base and patriotism education base.
The village's style food street created by seagrass houses brings together a variety of Jiaodong specialties. Dongdun Red Research Base Amusement Park has a variety of experience projects such as folk handicrafts, intangible cultural heritage experience, children's paradise, and net red trampoline.
Stay in the village
Liucun is a national-level traditional village, a beautiful rural boutique demonstration village in Weihai City, CCTV's "2017 Top Ten Charming New Countryside", with a national cultural relics protection unit - Yuan Dynasty stone tomb group and well-preserved Cheng Ancestral Hall, seagrass house and other landscapes. Most of the houses in the village are well preserved, and many resources such as root carvings and ancient wells have been well inherited, and it is a natural ancient village.
The DXN Red Dream Starry Sky VR Pavilion in the village is transformed from the old sweet potato cellar and has become an Internet celebrity punching point in the village, as well as a garden-style fruit and vegetable picking garden, South Lake Water Park, dynamic fountain, etc., so that every visitor has a visual impact and a surprise of exploration.
