On December 7, the Shaping police station of the county public security bureau received a report from the public that a commissary of the Wangwu Village Committee of Shaping Town had illegally stored fireworks and firecrackers. After receiving the report, the police joint town anti-smuggling group of the police department investigated and dealt with the den, seized Lu Moumei, a lawbreaker, on the spot, and seized more than 300 boxes of finished private artillery products.
On December 15, the Tanwei Police Station of the County Public Security Bureau and the town anti-smuggling group jointly launched a special rectification operation to crack down on private artillery. At about 9 o'clock on the same day, the law enforcement team destroyed an illegal storage of private cannon dens at an old house in the Xie Lai Village Committee of Tanwei Town, and seized 40 boxes of finished private guns.
When investigating and dealing with these two dens of illegal storage of private guns, law enforcement personnel found that the finished products of private guns in the dens were piled up at will, without any safety protection measures, and there were great security risks. Subsequently, law enforcement officers immediately registered photographs of the private gun dens and confiscated all dangerous explosive materials in the dens.
At present, Lu Moumei has been administratively detained according to law for illegal storage of dangerous substances, and the confiscated dangerous explosives will be destroyed by the joint law enforcement team, and the case is still being further handled.
