Li Liying is a native of Xiaoyuan and originally engaged in the photography industry. More than ten years ago, she saw a traditional costume of Huinu "Sticker" in her mother's wardrobe, and was deeply attracted by its pattern and style, and has since formed an indissoluble relationship with it. She launched the "Sea Lady" Huinu costumes, which integrate the huinu style and traditional cultural heritage, and have become a traditional clothing brand that has attracted much attention and won many awards; she has built the "Huinu Homeland" world cultural exchange platform, undertaking experts, scholars, inkers, tourism enthusiasts and other sightseeing styles, holding various forms of lectures, seminars, etc., which have been publicized and reported by CCTV and provincial and municipal media at all levels for many times; at the same time, she loves her hometown and pays attention to vulnerable groups, and she also actively participates in the development and construction of her hometown. It has driven the economic development of the region and the economic income of surrounding farmers, and has been widely praised by the public.
