Architecture and Power Consumption——
Tianji 9000 is manufactured using the most advanced TSMC 4nm process to date, the CPU architecture is a new generation of ARMv9, integrated eight cores, including a super-large core Cortex-X2 3.05GHz, three large core Cortex-A710 2.85GHz, four energy-efficient core Cortex-A510 1.8GHz, claiming to be 35% higher performance and 37% higher energy efficiency than the 2021 Android flagship (you know), GeekBench 5 Multi-core performance leads 20%.
It also specially uses large caches with 8MB L3 and 6MB SLC, totaling 14MB, which can improve performance by 7% compared to the previous 8MB system cache, and save 25% in bandwidth consumption.
The GPU segment is the latest ARM Mali-G710 decalo-core, which is 35% more powerful and up to 60% more energy efficient than the competition.

Tianji 9000 integrates a new fifth-generation APU 590 AI unit, including four performance cores and two general-purpose cores, which is claimed to be 400% higher than the previous generation, 400% more energy efficient, and 300% higher than competitors.
In the authoritative running score of ETH AI Benchmark, Tianji 9000 got a good performance score of 692,000 and an energy efficiency score of 111, and both were first, 1.7 times and 13% higher than the second place.
Tianji 9000 also supports game AI super score, through the game AI low load technology, providing higher image quality, lower power consumption, and combined with GPU, balance the needs of image quality and power consumption.
The play of AI is inseparable from the strong development environment and development tool support, for which Tianji 9000 brings three major technologies:
