On December 8, the police of Yanggu County, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, reported that Sun Zhuo, the son of Sun Haiyang, is now using his name as Guo Mou and his household registration is in a city in Heilongjiang Province.

On December 14, according to Jimu News, Sun Haiyang said that after Sun Zhuo was abducted, his household registration was in a small county town in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, while Sun Zhuo's original hukou had been in Jianli City, Hubei Province, together with his family's hukou. Sun Haiyang said he did not know how Sun Zhuo's household registration was registered in Jiamusi City, and he hoped that the local police would cancel the illegal household registration as soon as possible.

According to a previous report by The Paper, Sun Zhuo and his adoptive parents live in Yanggu County, Liaocheng, Shandong Province, and the time of birth registered on the hukou is 2005.

The police revealed that Wu Moulong, the main suspect in the abduction and trafficking of Sun Zhuo, has been arrested, and the co-defendant who helped him hide his child is also applying for arrest. In addition, in addition to Sun Zhuo's adoptive father, who is ill, Sun Zhuo's adoptive mother has also been taken compulsory measures of release on guarantee pending further investigation, and the case is being further handled.
