Customer service center, established!
In order to smooth the communication between patients and hospitals, Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital affiliated to Tsinghua University has set up a customer service center to provide one-stop service for consultation and complaints, practice the patient-centered service concept, and implement practical things for the masses.
In addition to the health service hotline, the hospital also sets up a customer service center on-site reception room (next to the inpatient center) in the outpatient hall to solve various consultations and opinions of patients face-to-face.
