On the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the opening and operation of Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital, in the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan", our hospital is moving towards a new stage of high-quality development of comprehensively building teaching and research hospitals, and building a high-level teaching team is an important part of the strategy of "Strengthening Hospitals with Talents".
In order to better serve physicians in career planning and help physicians develop in an all-round way, our hospital recently officially established the "Physician Development Center". Academician Dong Jiahong, President, Zhou Yuehong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhou Biqin, Chief Executive Officer, and other leaders of the Academy attended the unveiling ceremony. At the same time, the expert group of the Physician Development Center was established, and the hospital leaders issued letters of appointment to the experts of the guidance group.

The Physician Development Center aims to carry out career planning for physicians in our hospital, promote the all-round development of physicians, improve the ideological and moral level, humanistic literacy and professional ability of physicians, build a physician training and exchange system, and at the same time dock with the Teacher Development Center of Tsinghua University, integrate resources, and provide all-round services, support and guarantees for the career development of physicians.

Zhou Yuehong said in her speech that as the affiliated hospital of Tsinghua University, the physicians of our hospital are also teachers, and they are the "locomotives" of the development of the hospital, and it is necessary to adhere to the fundamental task of Lide Shuren, fully implement the concept of "three all-round education" and "trinity" education, build a "double teacher" development system, and the establishment of the physician development center is of great significance to promoting the comprehensive development of physicians. Dong Jiahong pointed out that the Physician Development Center should promote the career development of physicians as its purpose, follow the law of physician development, focus on career development planning and system-based professional practice, integrate high-quality resources inside and outside the hospital, provide services and guarantees for the career development of physicians, and organically unify the growth of physicians with the development of hospitals.
