Recently, the Beijing Municipal Hospital Management Center announced the 2021 "Young Workers Innovation Studio - Innovation Dream Factory" shortlist, and the three projects of "Neuroimaging and Interventional Technology (Shen Yi) Innovation Studio", "Hereditary Heart Disease and Sudden Cardiac Death (Li Kun) Innovation Studio" and "Ji Zhao Shuai Young Workers Innovation Studio" of Beijing Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital affiliated to Tsinghua University were successfully selected.

Shen Yi Innovation Studio
Based on the research team of Professor Wu Jian's research group, the Neuroimaging and Interventional Technology Innovation Studio was established in 2017, with Dr. Shen Yi, a neurologist majoring in Beijing Tsinghua Chang gung Hospital, as the person in charge, composed of young physicians, information engineers, senior researchers of Tsinghua University Biomedical Imaging Center and their teams, and other diversified professional backgrounds, integrating clinical medical, epidemiological, clinical research, basic research and other high-level composite talent teams A scientific research team aimed at the accurate diagnosis and treatment of cranial arteriosclerosis in the direction of cerebrovascular disease.
The team takes the combination of medical and engineering prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease as the main research direction, researches artificial intelligence neuroimaging technology, new molecular neuroimaging technology, neurointerventional navigation technology, surgical robot and new material technology, and combines with the existing diagnosis and treatment mode of cerebral ischemia to improve the diagnosis and treatment process, new technologies, new materials and new software applications; it has carried out multi-dimensional in-depth cooperation with universities and enterprises such as medical-engineering integration and medical-information intersection for many years, and led multi-center clinical research, becoming the backbone force for building a stroke prevention and treatment network in northern Beijing.

Li Kun Innovation Studio
The Hereditary Heart Disease and Sudden Cardiac Death Innovation Studio is headed by Dr. Kun Lee of the Department of Cardiology. The person in charge has successively studied under Professor Zhang Ping, a cardiologist at Tsinghua University, and Professor Christine E. Seidman and Jonathan Seidman, a cardiologist at Harvard University, focusing on the basic and translational medicine research of hereditary heart disease and sudden cardiac death, especially in cardiomyopathy and hereditary arrhythmias, and has won the first prize of the International Paper Award of the American Heart Disease Association (ACC). The First Prize of the Cardiovascular Physician Branch Paper Competition of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the First Prize of the Asia-Pacific Conference Paper of the American Heart Association and many other honors. The team members include a number of senior doctors with rich working experience in the field, who can carry out genetic testing and pathogenicity analysis, non-invasive ECG assessment, electrophysiological examination, echocardiography and other related examinations, and have rich experience in patients' drugs and interventional treatment methods, so as to achieve standardized diagnosis and treatment, risk stratification and precision treatment of patients, and strive to provide more professional and efficient help for patients with high risk of hereditary heart disease and sudden cardiac death.

Ji Zhao Shuai Innovation Studio
Ji Zhaoshuai Young Staff Innovation Studio, with Ji Zhaoshuai, deputy director of the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, as the person in charge, is committed to improving the scientific management level of antibacterial drugs in our hospital as the goal. The studio has a total of 7 members, including 1 attending physician, 4 pharmacists in charge, 1 infection control staff, and 1 supervisor inspector, who improve the diagnosis and treatment level of physicians by carrying out a series of training on the rational use of antibacterial drugs, carrying out antibacterial drug training prescription/doctor's order review, monitoring the KPI indicators of antibacterial drugs in the hospital, etc., to improve the rational use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital.
