After graduating in 1999, I was assigned to work in the Fifth Hospital of Fushun City, and through reading books on psychiatry and psychology, my professional knowledge gradually improved, and gradually opened a door for "helping others to help themselves first". With the ups and downs of my career, I learned to start to examine myself from the professional perspective of medicine, psychology, psychiatry, sociology, humanities, and behavior, and to examine the meaning of life. Later, combined with the reading of the Classics of Traditional Chinese Studies, I had some feelings that "when I was young, I didn't know the meaning of the song, and then I listened to it and was already a person in the song".
