According to reports, Changan Minsheng Logistics fully uses BEM behavior model engineering, key value chains, three-level goal setting, gap priority matrix, three-point model, VRVE, IE improvement and other tools and methods to clarify the cost reduction policy.

In terms of cost reduction paths, Chang'an Minsheng Logistics fully uses the principle of "three modernizations" of results, strategy diversification and action coordination, and comprehensively finds implementation paths around the scene.

The award-winning project realizes the unmanned whole process of auto parts entry logistics. Inside the warehouse, parts are handled by AGV trolleys (warehouse handling robots) and parts are inventoried using video scanning technology. If it is necessary to transport parts to the main engine factory, the parts are first transported to the unmanned delivery truck by unmanned stacker truck (that is, unmanned forklift), transported to the main engine factory, and then directly transported to the production line by unmanned trailer.

Among them, only driverless delivery vehicles can replace traditional trucks, which can improve the transfer efficiency by 30%.

At present, Changan Minsheng Logistics has put into use more than 60 AGV cars, and built the first unmanned automobile warehouse in Asia, with an area of about 6,500 square meters and 20,000 boxes of parts and components per day.
