In the early hours of this morning, in addition to Apple pushing the iOS 15.2 official version update, the Apple Watch ECG of the National Bank edition was also officially launched!
Since 2018, Apple has introduced an electrocardiogram in the Apple Watch Series 4, waiting for 3 years, and now the Bank of China version has finally arrived.
Some people may not be quite sure what this feature is for. Is it just that it is said that this feature can save lives?
First of all, apple watch SE does not support the electrocardiogram function!
How to turn on the ECG function
Click "General - Software Update" in the "watch" app on iPhone to upgrade the Apple Watch system to the latest version of watchOS 8.3 and iOS 15.2;
Open the Health app, click "Browse" to "Heart", select "Electrocardiogram (ECG)", and click "Settings".
How to use the Apple Watch ECG feature
After upgrading, wear the Apple Watch, put your arms flat on the table or on your knees; keep your palms opposite to the watch, place the fingers of your other hand on the Digital Crown, and wait for the Apple Watch to record the ECG.
It is worth noting that during the recording period, do not press the digital crown, do not move at will, keep your breathing calm, wait for the countdown to end to get an ECG data, and all the test records will appear in the iPhone's health app synchronously.
How to turn on notifications of arrhythmias
On your iPhone, open the Health app, tap the Browse tab, then go to Heart > Arrhythmia Notifications.
At last
Friends who have not yet experienced it, hurry up to understand it
