In the process of purchase and sale, Xie Mouhai, Ye Mouping, and Wang Mouhan did not inspect the animal quarantine certificate and meat quality inspection certificate of the purchased pork belly, pig ears and other meats in accordance with the requirements of the Meixian District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and other industry authorities. On September 30, the public security brigade of the Meixian District Public Security Bureau arrested Xie Mouhai and Ye Mouping in Chengjiang Town, Overseas Chinese Town and other places in the district according to the clues provided by the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
At present, criminal suspect Xie Mouhai has been arrested according to law with the approval of the district people's procuratorate; criminal suspects Ye Mouping and Wang Mouhan have been released on guarantee pending further investigation in accordance with law.
