Guangzhou, December 14 (Reporter Zhang Shengqiang Guan Wenqing) On December 13, during routine health monitoring in Guangzhou's Yuexiu District, it was found that a person who returned to Sui at home after the expiration of the entry isolation period had a positive nucleic acid test result. On the 14th, the reporter learned from the press conference in Guangzhou that the new coronavirus infected by the case was a variant of Aomi Kerong.

At present, the case has been transferred to the Eighth Affiliated City Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for isolation medical observation and management.
