Recently, according to a victim's lawyer, in the case of Larry Nassar, the "wolf doctor" who sexually abused several American gymnasts for decades, the American Gymnastics Association, the American Olympic and Paralympic Committees and their insurance companies have reached a $380 million settlement with the victims.
Nassar has long served as team doctor for the U.S. Gymnastics Team and Michigan State University. He is currently serving a 60-year sentence in federal prison.
After the Nassar East Window incident, more than 150 women publicly revealed in court that he had sexually assaulted them, including well-known athletes such as American gymnast Simone Byers. (Lv Huiqian)
