When he woke up, Wang Heliang was already in the hospital, he was carried down from the pile of dead people by the company commander, and later, together with Xue Zhigao, Wang Heliang's people were awarded the title of combat hero, Wang Heliang returned to his hometown, under the care of the organization, his right eye recovered a little vision, and insisted on working in his post until he retired in the eighties and died in 1991 at the age of 62.
