Haas served as CHIEF OPERATING Officer of the Ubisoft Studio Group for 16 months, and for three years before that, she served as an independent director. According to her LinkedIn resume, Hass hass has been responsible for Ubisoft's game production worldwide during her tenure. Ubisoft says they are ready to appoint a replacement for Haas. During the transition, the senior team led by Haas will continue to perform Haas' functions and the seamless execution of current game development.
After a series of allegations of sexism and sexual harassment, Ubisoft tried to rebuild the company's image, and it was during this period that Haas left Ubisoft. On Saturday, A Better Ubisoft said 13,000 people had signed a public petition to support its improvement of Ubisoft's working conditions and cultural reforms.
