Zhang Bei: Iron prints and hot prints help the Winter Olympics

Scrap screws, clock gears, and specially shaped iron sheets are all the tools of Chai Libo's creation. These metal parts are fireworks-roasted to take on different shapes and shades of the paper, taking on a Winter Olympic-themed iron-printed hot stamp.

Chai Libo is a self-taught painter in Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. In 1985, he had a sudden idea in a creation and created an iron print, which began his road of iron print hot prints. In his works, there are magnificent mountains and rivers, graceful and colorful characters, and exquisite zodiac animals.

For more than 30 years, Chai Libo has continuously explored and created a number of exquisite works of art, which have won many awards at home and abroad. His work "Chunwa" has been selected for the Chinese Art Calligraphy World Celebrity Exposition and won the Excellent Award; "Difficult to Give Up Human Feelings" has won the special prize of Singapore's "Awakening Lion Cup". Behind these honors is Chai Libo's unique perception of artistic creation.

The Winter Olympics are getting closer and closer, and Chai Libo has taken this opportunity to create a series of Winter Olympic works, skating, skiing... A series of Winter Olympic projects show their style in Chai Libo's works, and also let everyone feel the charm of the Winter Olympics in the works of art.
