On December 12, 2021, Nehe City, Heilongjiang Province, found 5 cases of positive initial screening in the active nucleic acid test of key populations, and were transferred to the designated hospital in Qiqihar City for further diagnosis. Based on the "Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Trial Eighth Revised Edition)" combined with epidemiological investigation, clinical and imaging manifestations and laboratory nucleic acid test results, the expert group comprehensively judged and diagnosed 1 confirmed case (ordinary type) and 4 cases were asymptomatic infected people. From 6 o'clock on December 13, the construction village of Changfa Town will be adjusted to a medium-risk area.

After preliminary epidemiological investigation, the above 5 are villagers of Jianshe Village, Changfa Town, Nehe, and there is an epidemiological association with the asymptomatic infected people reported in Nehe City on November 28, and have been managed according to key populations since the 28th. Up to now, a total of 94 close contacts and 77 close contacts have been identified, all of whom have been centrally isolated, and the nucleic acid test results are negative. After investigation, no close contacts, close contacts and villagers of Jianjian Village were found, and the 16 people who had left Changfa Town since November 28 were promptly pushed to their current places of residence. On December 12, nucleic acid tests were conducted overnight on 951 people in Jianshe Village of Changfa Town and 5,822 people in other areas of Changfa Town, and the results were negative.

He has never left the village since 28 November.

Asymptomatic infected person 1: Villagers of Jianshe Village, Changfa Town, Nehe, the eldest daughter of confirmed case 1, have received 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine, and have undergone 5 nucleic acid tests since November 28 (nucleic acid tests were carried out on November 28, 29 and 30, December 4 and 11, respectively, and the first 4 tests were negative). He has not left the village since November 28.

Asymptomatic infected person 2: Villagers in Jianshe Village, Changfa Town, Nehe, the second daughter of confirmed case 1, have received 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and have undergone 5 nucleic acid tests since November 28 (nucleic acid tests were carried out on November 28, 29 and 30, December 4 and 11, respectively, and the first 4 tests were negative). He has not left the village since November 28.

Asymptomatic infected person 3: Villagers in Jianshe Village, Changfa Town, Nehe, husband of confirmed case 1, have received 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine, and have undergone 5 nucleic acid tests since November 28 (nucleic acid tests were carried out on November 28, 29 and 30, December 4 and 11, respectively, and the first 4 tests were negative). He has not left the village since November 28.

Asymptomatic infected person 4: Villagers in Jianshe Village, Changfa Town, Nehe, have received 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine and have undergone 7 nucleic acid tests since November 28 (7 nucleic acid tests were conducted on November 28, 29 and 30, and December 2, 4, 8 and 11, respectively, and the first 6 tests were negative).
