The village of Meishan was "hit" by hundreds of billions of express easter eggs, is it just good luck?

Zhengshankou Village, which was "hit" by hundreds of billions of express Easter eggs, is it just too good luck? After the reporter entered the village for an interview, he could not help but sigh that it seems that good luck always favors those who are prepared. As the first rural express supermarket in Meishan City operated by the village collective economy, Zhengshankou Village's attempts and efforts to solve the "last kilometer" problem of rural logistics deserve praise.

Stay in the city or return to the countryside? For Zhang Furong, who is called "100 billion express delivery girls" by the media, the opening of the express supermarket in the village has added a weight to his heart, and the balance is tilted. This sweet and gentle post-90s girl went to Shanghai after graduating from college and saw the prosperity and convenience of big cities. In July this year, she made up her mind to return to her hometown to start a business, and using the Internet to open up orchard sales channels was her first step.

After lunch, Wang Xuegui moved two large baskets of citrus Ehime to the express supermarket in the village. Throughout the afternoon, he sat in front of the express supermarket, slowly packing citrus with fresh leaves according to different grades of large, medium, and small.

The reporter was in the courier supermarket for an hour, and from time to time someone came to send citrus. A big brother with a Jiangxi accent came in with a basket full of citrus that had just come down from the tree. "I chose some good ones and sent them to my friends in Jiangxi and let them taste them." The eldest brother, Zhang Yingxiang, is a fruit buyer who arrived in Zhengshankou Village from Jiangxi 3 months ago. He told reporters that 1.7 million Ehime pieces have been sent to the Beijing market this year, and basically a car has to be sent every day.

This is the third year that Zhang Yingxiang has arrived at Zhengshankou Village. "This time I came to find that there was a courier supermarket in the village, which was a big surprise." Zhang Yingxiang didn't even think about it.

Multiple rounds of consultation express supermarket into the village

The collective income of half a year is 100,000 yuan

Express supermarkets are a new thing, how to operate? After much investigation, the two village committees decided to make it a project of the village collective economy and be operated by the village. When all was said and done, the village collective packed up the idle village office space and took out more than 50,000 yuan to buy a truck, which was specially used to transfer express parcels.

Pickup has become easier, and the villagers' enthusiasm for shopping has obviously increased. According to reports, in the six months since the opening of the express supermarket, the amount of express parcels entering the village in Zhengshankou Village has increased from about 50 pieces per day to more than 200 pieces. For each delivery, the village collective can get a delivery fee of 7 points from the courier company.

Speaking of the logistics packaging consumables provided by the express supermarket, it was also carefully selected by the two village committees who ran through the packaging factories around Meishan. "A box of about 10 pounds, sent to Beijing to count the packaging box a total of 13 yuan." Zou Lifen said that this price is about 2 yuan cheaper than the surrounding townships.

But there are still three difficulties in express delivery into the village

Zhou Zirui introduced that at present, there are four main modes of operation of Meishan express rural outlets: one is to rely on rural credit cooperatives into the village outlets, generally located in the village of small supermarkets, this kind of outlets only undertake the collection and distribution business, similar to the rookie station in the urban community, there are currently about 10 such rural rookie stations in Meishan City; the second is that China Post Mail Truck cooperates with express delivery, for some more remote townships with small business volumes, there are courier companies that do not have points, then entrust mail trucks to send them into the village The fourth is the cooperation between express delivery companies, setting up points in some villages with large business volumes, there are currently about 30 of them; the fourth is the Zhengshankou village model, which operates rural express outlets through the collective economy, and there are currently 2 in the city.

With the improvement of rural roads, networks and other infrastructure, rural people are looking forward to more efficient logistics services, but why is it still not easy to express delivery into the village? Zhou Zirui analyzed that at present, there are still three major difficulties in express delivery into the village:

From the perspective of the logistics industry, in recent years, in order to occupy the market share, the major express delivery companies in order to occupy the market share, the price war, express delivery from Chengdu to meishan recipients, the transfer cost of each piece is only about 1.1 yuan, shared by Meishan City, county, township several levels of transshipment points, transportation, sorting, delivery, the higher the cost of going down, so the major express delivery companies are generally stopped at the township level.

From the perspective of the countryside, not all villages can support the business volume of a network, if the population is not large and popular, the number of dispatches and receipts is too small, the courier company is not willing to invest manpower and material resources to distribute points, and the village collective economy may not be able to achieve profitability like Zhengshankou Village.

Zhou Zirui believes that for the relatively sparsely populated western rural areas, it is currently difficult to rely only on the hand of the market to open up the "last kilometer" of rural logistics; and the construction of the rural logistics system has the attribute of public welfare, and the government should formulate support policies to encourage express delivery companies, collective economies and other layout of rural express delivery outlets, so that rural logistics is more smooth and efficient, injecting impetus into rural revitalization.
