"Chosun Ilbo" quoted the Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul on the 12th that they received a report on the afternoon of the 11th that two cows appeared near the Deoksugung Palace in Seoul. The police came to the scene and found that the cow was draped in a banner with words such as "The number of deaths has soared after vaccination, and the new crown vaccination has been completely stopped" and "Stop deceptive PCR testing, there will be no positive people for the new crown virus" and so on.

According to reports, a man in his 60s brought in an anti-COVID-19 vaccine-related rally on the 11th. At the time, police deemed it dangerous to travel with cattle around Seoul, so they stopped the man's behavior. So the man tied the ox to a tree near Deoksugung Palace.

The police handed over the cow to the man at about 1 p.m. on the 12th, and the cow had been tied to a tree for about 18 hours. At present, the police have launched an investigation into the man on suspicion of violating the Animal Protection Act.
