Fuzhou, 12 Dec (Xinhua) -- According to a Fujian official disclosure on 12 December, liu Jianyang was appointed secretary of the Quanzhou Municipal CPC Committee and Fu Chaoyang was appointed secretary of the Putian Municipal CPC Committee.

At the first plenary session of the 11th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on November 29, Wang Yongli, who had previously served as secretary of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Liu Jianyang, who had previously served as secretary of the Putian Municipal Party Committee, were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee.

According to the official resume, Liu Jianyang was born in April 1966, male, Han ethnicity, working university, member of the Communist Party of China. Fu Chaoyang was born in October 1972, Han ethnicity, university, member of the Communist Party of China, and previously served as the secretary of the party group and director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment.
