Meng Rui introduced that the Beijing Olympic Park Public Area is the largest outdoor venue operation area in Beijing, and there are 2 competition venues and 2 non-competition venues distributed in the public area, and 75 sports events and 32 competition project award ceremonies will be held, and about 2,000 vehicles of various types will pass through every day. To this end, a total of 13 security checkpoints have been set up in the public area, and 41,000 square meters of temporary facilities such as event services, volunteer homes, and medical stations have been set up to provide security inspections, consultation, medical treatment and other services for spectators during the games. There are also 4 large-scale art landscapes in the public area, providing "punch points" for the audience.

Meng Rui mentioned that on the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics on February 4, more than 2,800 people in the public area team successfully completed tasks such as facility construction, audience services, traffic vehicle traffic, and safety and security. In terms of epidemic prevention and control, public areas are equipped with "six-in-one" thermometers at the security checkpoints, and arrange personnel to guide temperature measurements; after the opening ceremony, the closed-loop personnel contact points are disinfected overnight, with an area of more than 40,000 square meters. The 37,500 people who attended the opening ceremony entered the National Stadium from the public area security checkpoint, and 150 event service volunteers provided meticulous and meticulous services for the spectators on the spot, while equipped with barrier-free battery cars to meet the needs of special groups. Meng Rui said that in terms of medical epidemic prevention, adhere to the "integrated promotion" of winter Olympic epidemic prevention and urban epidemic prevention, implement "one museum, one policy" and "one store and one policy", and adhere to "no overlapping of partitions, no cross-crossing of circulation lines, strict control of boundaries, and no cross-district of personnel". Chaoyang District will be guaranteed hotels into 5 areas, 10 disease control experts targeted follow-up, 1200 Chaoyang medical and protective team stationed in venues, Olympic-related hotels, traffic stations and other more than 80 points, adhere to the "people, things, situation" prevention, a total of 681,000 nucleic acid tests.

In terms of transportation services, Chaoyang District has set up five traffic stations in the East of the Winter Olympic Village, the South of the Winter Olympic Village, the West of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the Olympic Sports Center, and the Cui Gezhuang, providing service support for more than 1,700 vehicles. More than 69,000 vehicles were dispatched and more than 31,000 passengers were transported.
