His name was Wang Zonghuai. Born in Jiangxi in 1915, he joined the Red Army at the age of 15 and became a Red Army soldier. Wang Zonghuai immediately organized an activity with some young cadres, mainly to help the soldiers read. Because most of these Red Army soldiers came from poor families, very few people had gone to school to know words, and it was very difficult for them to quickly recognize 300 words. But Wang Zonghuai did not stop there, but found a good way, that is, to first teach everyone to know the names of comrades-in-arms and some words that are usually used, and also write these on the backpack, so that everyone can learn in their usual training. In this way, everyone quickly learned a lot of words, and the task of knowing 300 words was quickly completed.
