Slowly as customer satisfaction increased, I took over more and more customers, and many difficult ones were handed over to me, and it can be said that many thorny customers were in my hands.
So I quickly became the pillar of the company, it can be said that company A has more than half of the business in my hands, customer satisfaction is also the best.
And the boss their relationship is also a honeymoon period, husband and wife and I have a particularly good relationship, a brother shouting, holidays also go to travel together, go to the home as a guest, originally everything is developing in a good direction.
But by chance, I saw the company's pay scale, and my salary turned out to be the lowest!? A lot of business is less than me, still higher than me. I had a feeling of darkness in front of my eyes, and suddenly there was a kind of anger of being deceived.
Just because I'm young, even if I'm responsible for most of the company's business, not as good as other colleagues?
Or is it because I think I just graduated and am so deceitful?
Later, I knocked on the side of the side to bring up this problem, at that time I couldn't see the boss's real thoughts (the real city government was quite deep), and now that I think about it, the bane may have been laid at that time.

I thought I was so inquisitive that they wanted to take the customer away!
Although the new company has raised this issue, of course it has explicitly refused, and I directly said, if I do this, will you still believe me? Do you still dare to use me?
The darkness of human nature is too terrible, and I have buried the hidden dangers of my innocence.
Later, I found that I said a lot of things to customers, and the boss of Company A always brought up in a yin and yang manner, picking out various faults from them. On the one hand, I was very confused, but more than that, I was really angry! When you were given customers to retain, you weren't that attitude!
Finally, I have one week to go to the new company, and I think I have done it anyway, and it can be regarded as a beginning and an end. I talked directly to the boss and said I was leaving.
I still remember that black face he had at the time!
He said he was fine, turned around and went back to the office, took out a pen-like thing and threw it on the table, scolding me in front of the whole company!
