Good Book Sharing - "How Workaholics Rest"

The book is co-authored by three lovely German ladies: memory instructors, vocal music professors and yoga instructors.

I look forward to three "rest trainers" in different fields who can provide some helpful help in our lives.

Why combine these three trainings?

The human body is a holistic work of art that works together as a body, brain, and sound.

One-third of the book is about "memory training", one to activate the brain, and the other to remember the training content in the book to facilitate practice.

The book mentions that the brain likes to memorize pictures, and can be linked to the "position memory method" also called "memory palace".

Simply:

You can hang, place, and tuck everything you want to remember into a fictional space that you're familiar with, like decorations or works of art.

Examples in the book: don't make a shopping list, imagine pouring milk in a drawer, butter on the couch, bread turning into cushions... Rich sense of picture and imagination to remember a lot of things.

After a long period of desk work, our back and abdominal muscles have been simplified to strike, and we can use office yoga to strengthen this part of the muscle without sweating.

Some simple sound training can maintain and exercise the voice, and a more pleasant voice is also conducive to the advancement of health and work.

From getting up in the morning, commuting, office, meeting, lunch, overtime, many training methods are designed, and there are many types.

My advice is to design a few exclusive rituals of life for your situation, practice and get used to it slowly, adding to the difficulty and complexity little by little. This way you don't have to look for a dedicated training time to become energetic and healthy.

For example, if you have difficulty getting up in the morning, you can practice:

Don't get up right away, lie down for a while, take a few deep breaths, feel yourself; roll a few times like a kitten, curl up, stretch, do a few times, and then try to see if you really wake up this time, and if you can't do it, do it a few more times; get up and stand in front of the window, yawn a few times, and enjoy the start of the new day. Be a singer, learn their voice practice, "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

At three o'clock in the afternoon, snack afternoon tea to replenish energy and stimulate metabolism.

Take a break from your eyes when you're tired from work, massage lightly, and do some stretching.

This is a great collection of training breaks, and you can always find the right one.
