After the accident, the Nansha police immediately sent personnel to the scene to investigate and deal with it. After investigation, both parties to the accident violated the road traffic safety law, which is one of the reasons for the accident. At the same time, the police on-site investigation found that a construction engineering company in Guangdong did not carry out enclosure construction according to the approved traffic diversion plan, and illegally stacked construction materials in the middle of the road to obstruct the normal passage of vehicles, which was also one of the reasons for the traffic accident.
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China on Highway Traffic Safety, the Road Traffic Safety Regulations of Guangdong Province, and other relevant laws and regulations, the Nansha traffic police issued a certificate of responsibility for the accident, and a construction company in Guangdong, the driver of a car, and the driver of a motorcycle were equally responsible for the accident. At the same time, the Nansha traffic police carried out an in-depth investigation into the illegal occupation of the road construction behavior of a construction company in Guangdong according to the approval plan, and recently filed a case against 6 people including the company's legal representative and project management personnel on suspicion of dangerous operations.
The police remind that when a unit or individual occupies a road construction operation, it must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the traffic diversion plan of the construction permit for the occupation of the road, and the construction enclosure cannot be occupied or changed without permission.
