However, some driver training institutions in the market have played the banner of "taking a book in a day" and "guaranteeing it" to recruit students.
Chaos 1: "Foreign Regiment" cross-provincial examination
"One pass test" becomes "one day to get a book"
On the Internet platform, as long as you enter the words "motorcycle driver's license" in the search box, the webpages, short videos and other promotional information such as "get the test certificate in one day", "get the certificate in one day" and even "pass the test in all subjects" will come to you.
The owner of a motorcycle sales outlet in Beijing told reporters that some foreign driver training institutions will arrange buses to pick up and drop off trainees in Beijing.
Are these promotions and admissions information true?
According to the requirements of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's License", the content of the motor vehicle driver's test is divided into:
- Road Traffic Safety Laws, Regulations and Related Knowledge Test Subjects (Subject 1)
- Venue Driving Skills Test Subjects (Subject 2)
- Road Driving Skills and Safe and Civilized Driving General Knowledge Test Subjects (Subject 3)
In reality, the road driving skills and safe and civilized driving knowledge test are conducted separately, so the industry usually says that the "safe and civilized driving knowledge test" is subject four. According to the regular process, it takes at least half a month to obtain a motorcycle driver's license through a driving training institution.

In the exams of subjects 2 and 3, it is not enough to have a mark, the coaches and invigilators on the scene will directly start to "help" the candidates to correct their mistakes.
For subjects 1 and 4 that require candidates to answer questions, the invigilator will act as a "gunman" in the examination room, hiding his body from the surveillance camera to help candidates who have difficulty answering the questions.
In the end, within one day, more than a dozen students successfully obtained their driver's licenses with the help of coaches and invigilators.
Chaos 3: Candidates sit in the examination room and pretend

In Tangshan, Hebei Province, a driving school that has "passed the test" is only separated by a wall from the second branch of the Vehicle Management Office of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Tangshan Public Security Bureau.

Pushing untrained so-called motorcycle drivers onto the road for "trial and error" undoubtedly lays a hidden danger to road safety.
