In 2018, the national high-performance rain-increasing aircraft B-10GD settled in Beidahuang, and Shan Liang shouldered the task of field operation, accompanied by rain-increasing aircraft day and night, and spent half of the year in the field. Peng Liang was born in November 1982 in Mianzhu, Sichuan Province, and joined the Communist Party of China in May 2005. Joining the party has been Peng Liang's ideal for many years, and in October 2002, shortly after entering the university campus, Peng Liang submitted an application to the party organization to join the party. In May 2005, Peng Liang became a reserve party member. In the volunteer letter for joining the party, he wrote that "the motherland has cultivated me and needs me to contribute" and is determined to "show the value of life in my work.".
