At that time, 2016, the milk tea industry was just emerging. "I just went in and was a shop assistant at the Metro City store." With his fingers broken, Wang Shuang counted the treasures of each store, "First of all, Wujiaochang, Wanda Dragon Dream, Meiluo City... Yes, that's our third store. Later, I went to Dapuqiao Sun Moonlight, Jinqiao, Hang Lung, and on June 30, 2018, I went to Jinqiao International Store, and that time I was officially promoted to store manager. ”

The slender Wang Shuang tied up her apron, tucked her long hair neatly into her hat, and put on a mask, only to see her smiling eyes, but she could still feel the vitality and enthusiasm from it.

From the beginning to assist the store manager to do some store management of the store, responsible for staff scheduling, ordering, and making drinks during peak periods, to now becoming the 37 employees of the store manager managing the Lele Tea Century Hui store, Wang Shuang's work content seems to have not changed.

She still packs at the outlet, helps take away the garbage when the store is crowded, and listens carefully to and answers every question from customers. Intimate "double sisters" of partners

"Our salary is actually quite impressive, the basic salary plus performance bonus." In the job advertisement of Lele Tea, the monthly salary of a tea adjuster is from 5500 yuan, and the salary of the store manager is as high as 10000 to 12000 yuan.

Wang Shuang's Century Hui store has always been outstanding, ranking in the top five almost every time in all stores in the Shanghai area. "The location of the store itself is particularly well chosen, the store is large, and the surrounding consumer groups are all white-collar workers, and they will almost order this side of the takeaway every day."

Between interviews, some employees came to ask Wang Shuang about the operation of the store, and most of them affectionately called her "double sister". According to Wang Shuang, this store is basically an old employee who has been working for more than two or three years, although most of them are young people in their twenties, but she never feels any sense of distance from this group of young partners. ”

Wang Shuang, who looks grinning, is very delicate in managing employees, and she pays attention to the status of each employee. Wang Shuang's good popularity is also manifested in the communication with customers, once a customer broke his front teeth at the door, Wang Shuang gradually became friends with each other in the process of dealing with things, sometimes about dinner and tea; and customers often came to the store to buy the same bread for their children and got acquainted with Wang Shuang, knowing that she was busy and did not cook much, often sending her some steamed buns made by herself.

Among the impressive guests mentioned by Wang Shuang, it seems that what leaves traces are good memories, but the service industry is naturally sweet and astringent. High performance also means a high load on the store, which currently sells more than 1,000 cups a day, and may reach more than 1,300 cups on weekends.

"Internet celebrity shops like ours really have to queue up during peak periods, a drink sometimes takes an hour or two, each cup takes time, and some customers can't wait." She shook her head helplessly and joked that she would be a mute in the next life, because she would finish talking in this life.

Wang Shuang not only has to ease the emotions of the customers, but also comforts the friends in the store, "I told our children (clerks) that the more they complain, the more tired they are, don't look at how many cups there are on the screen, just finish the ones on hand." ”

The storefront of Century Hui is about 300 square meters, but it is busy in the store all day, and Wang Shuang's WeChat steps in a day also have 15,000 steps. She feels that standing for a long time is not tired, "I am used to standing, since I started working in the service industry, almost no sitting." 」 Now I have a seat on the subway and I don't want to do it, and I have waist pain after sitting for a long time. ”

Do your part to stay in Shanghai

From the subway station where the store is located, take 6 stops, is Wang Shuang's home near Cao Road in Pudong, in order to go to primary school, she rented a 30-square-meter school district room near the school, two small rooms, a monthly rent of 6,000 yuan, a family of three live here.

Wang Shuang's hard-working son saw it in his eyes, and even a few days ago, he felt that his parents were too tired of doing management and gave up the campaign for class cadres. "Sometimes when I call, my son is next to me, and he says, 'Mom has a complaint, and if there is a complaint, let them go through the complaint channel.'"

Work is handy, life is not so smooth, at present Wang Shuang's biggest trouble is the child's high school entrance examination problem. "My hometown is harbin, my husband is from Liaoning, in case the child wants to go back to his hometown after the middle school entrance examination, our family may not be used to it, so I have been thinking about how to stay in Shanghai."

"We are now making all kinds of preparations, calculating the points for settlement, and we will take various academic qualifications, accounting certificates, etc." Wang Shuang recalled his learning experience in previous years and showed a bitter smile: "Now it is particularly difficult to go to college, it is really difficult, if I had worked so hard when I went to school, I would have been admitted to college a long time ago." ”
