Small studies of life
"Little liqueur", a lot of sugar
Recently, something new has swept through the tables of many people – "little liqueur".
Many people love to have a few drinks at parties, especially the little sisters.
This type of wine is usually packaged as sweet as a drink, but it does have the same problem as a drink – it has a high sugar content.
Bottle of sweet wine
Contains 7 sugar cubes

Common small dessert wines can be roughly divided into two categories, one is sweet wine.
Sweet wines retain more sugar than regular wines. According to China's national standards for wine, the sugar content in sweet wine is not less than 45g/L. The sparkling sweet wine, which is more popular with young sisters, has a sugar content of more than 50g/L.
Let's convert it to a bottle of 750 ml of sparkling sweet wine with 37.5 grams of sugar, which is about the same amount of seven sugar cubes. 🙉
The sugar content of the dew wine
Probably higher
Basically all kinds of small dessert wines, pre-mixed cocktails, etc. other than sweet wines can be classified as dew wines.
The sugar in the dew wine is usually the big boss that is hidden. This is because there is no special limit on the sugar content in China's national standards, and alcoholic beverages are exempted from labeling nutrition labels.
Something that tastes as sweet as a drink and is "sweet" will only have a higher sugar content than sweet wine.

Since most of the dew wine is basically flavor plus alcohol, there is no fermentation process, so the sugar in the dew wine usually comes from the additional white sugar, fructose syrup and so on. This sugar is the proper "bad sugar"—free sugar.
Of course, sweet wine is not much better, but the free sugar in it comes from the raw materials before fermentation - added sugar and grapes, and no additional additions are allowed after the end of the brew.
In short, "small sweet wine" is still wine, alcohol is a Class 1 carcinogen, as long as it enters the human body will cause damage, not to mention will make you drink a lot of sugar. Even if it is packaged cutely, it still can't be greedy.
