It is a renovation of the packaging program "TOKYO*STANDARD" using Blue Studio. Mr. and Mrs. M originally rented the same apartment. This is a 37-year-old apartment in Tokyo, with a park, artificial lawn, and greenery in the parking lot. The common part was well equipped and well managed, which he liked very much.
Therefore, as soon as the empty room came out, I immediately controlled it and renovated it.
On the right side of the chalkboard painted wall is the walk-in closet and children's room, and on the left is the sink, kitchen and living room
Because it is a complete plan, the materials and utensils are basically selected from the presets, but the pattern is free. After mr. and mrs. M enter the entrance, the right half is a private space for the water basin, and the left half is decisively used as a wardrobe and storage space.
The left half is a longitudinal walk-in closet. Put on the flapjacks and shelves, and the storage is quite large. Then, a black wall was erected on the extension of the walk-in cloakroom, which is also characteristic of this room.
On one side of the living room is a black wall that looks mature.
Across this wall, on one side is the children's play space, on the other side is the living room. The black walls are meant to hide children's toys and the like from the living room and dining room, but I consider making it a children's room in the future. The walls are being fashioned with chalkboard coating. Recently, many people use it not for the sake of painting anything, but because they like texture.
Tiled on the windows on the balcony side, a small inner balcony was made. It is possible to bring outdoor air indoors. Take off your sandals here so that you won't get wet from the rain, and you can temporarily place plants on the balcony in the event of a typhoon, which is very convenient. The inner balcony is standard for the package.
The bathroom and other water floors are all covered with the same tiles
The floors of the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are the same tiles. The hallway and living room and dining room are wooden floors, however, the hallway toilet, the side of the bathroom is the shape of the tile slightly protruding from the floor. This gives the corridor a focus and a premonition that there is a water device on the other side of the wall.
Sanitalie designs the simplest spaces
Glass doors were installed between the hallway and the living room for air conditioning and heating. The tile surface of the kitchen is a bit uneven. This is something that M ordered separately. The bricks in the entrance are very classical and beautiful, but I have retained the original.
The walk-in closet is well stocked
"TOKYO*STANDARD" cannot create an original world view, but the layout is free, so it is possible to create a room with a personality like this. If you're good at trimming, furniture and interior decoration are fixed, and "the interior is just the background", I recommend you to make such a preset modification.
