Enrofloxacin, also known as en fluroqueline carboxylic acid, belongs to the fluoroquinolone class of drugs, is a chemical synthesis of broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agents, mainly used to prevent and treat bacterial infections and mycoplasma disease in animals. According to GB31650-2019 "Food Safety National Standard Maximum Residue Limit for Veterinary Drugs in Food", the residual limit of Enrofloxacin in the muscles of edible animals is 100 μg/kg. The ADI value (daily allowable intake) of enrofloxacin is 0-2 μg /kg body weight / day, calculated in adults with a weight of 60 kg, the daily intake of 0-120 μg from the diet does not reach the health guidance value. Under normal circumstances, consumers do not have to worry too much about the detection of enrofloxacin in edible agricultural products, but the intake of eggs and aquatic products that exceed the health guidance value and long-term consumption of enrofloxacin residues may pose a risk to human health.

Putrex is a low-toxic systemic fungicide that has a protective and therapeutic effect. It is mainly used for the prevention and control of vegetable gray mold. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (GB2763-2019) stipulates that the residue limit value of putrefaction in leeks shall not exceed 0.2mg/kg. Putrefaction has a stimulating effect on the eyes and skin.
