(2) It depends on the shelf life. The shelf life of less than 1 month is generally low-temperature yogurt, containing active lactic acid bacteria, while the shelf life of 3 to 6 months is ambient yogurt.

When purchasing yogurt, to view the product packaging, choose a product with a protein content of more than or equal to 2.3%, and the contents are viscous or frozen, so that it can be basically concluded that it belongs to yogurt. Note: The product label protein content is greater than or equal to 1.0% of the milk-containing beverages, and greater than or equal to 0.7% is the lactic acid bacteria drink, not yogurt. Due to different production costs, the price of milk drinks or lactic acid bacteria beverage products is relatively inexpensive.
