In order to strengthen the construction of professional and technical personnel in obstetrics and gynecology in Heilongjiang Province, improve the standardization and professionalization of the obstetrics and gynecology medical technology industry in Heilongjiang Province, especially improve the diagnosis and treatment capabilities of pregnant women's health care and women's disease prevention in our province, on November 18, the inaugural meeting of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of heilongjiang Health care international exchange promotion association sponsored by Heilongjiang International Healthcare Promotion Association and undertaken by our hospital was held in Harbin. The conference attracted more than 100 experts and scholars from the province in the fields of gynecology, obstetrics, prenatal diagnosis and other fields. At this meeting, the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Heilongjiang Healthcare International Exchange Promotion Association was officially established, and Professor Li Peiling, director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital, was elected as the chairman of the committee. The meeting was presided over by Professor Liu Meimei, vice chairman and secretary general of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of heilongjiang Medical Promotion Association and director of the prenatal diagnosis center of our hospital.

Experts agreed that deep vein thrombosis has a high incidence in various areas of obstetrics and gynecology such as gynecology, obstetrics, family planning, and assisted reproduction. According to relevant statistics, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients with no preventive measures after gynecology in China is as high as 9.2-15.6%, and the incidence of pulmonary embolism in deep vein thrombosis is as high as 46%, which greatly affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients, and also increases the risk of sudden death. According to the latest consensus of experts on the prevention of venous thromboembolism in obstetrics and gynecology patients, varicose veins, bed rest time, surgery time, open surgery, hypertension, age ≥ 50 years old are the 6 major risk factors for deep vein thrombosis. Since nearly two-thirds of patients with DVT clinically have no obvious symptoms, the diagnosis of DVT relies on screening, and noninvasive vasopressor ultrasonography of the lower extremities is the preferred screening method. Experts remind that patients with 1 or more risk factors should be screened 2 to 7 days after surgery, such as patients diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis, long-term screening of pulmonary embolism, and identification of new blood thrombus and old thrombus by magnetic resonance pulmonary angiography, so as to guide treatment for follow-up.
