2 potatoes (small)
Half an onion
1 solid clear soup block
1.5 cups water
100ml soy milk
A small spoonful of matcha
Olive oil to taste
method:
1: Slice the potatoes and onions and stir-fry them in olive oil.
2: After the onion is fried until transparent, add water and solid clear soup and cook until the head is soft (about 10 minutes).
3. Put in the juicer.
4: Put it back in the pot, add soy milk and cook again (add a little salt and pepper to taste).
