Song Yang (宋阳) is a Han Chinese poet who is a member of the Communist Party of China. Engaged in the creation of landscape, flowers and birds freehand painting, early studied under Zhao Xiwu and Chu Yongguang, and later entered the tsinghua academy of fine arts to study under Chen Hui, Xing Shaochen, Han Jingwei, Wang Dengke and other tutors, and his works were selected for the tsinghua art academy exhibition.
He is currently the vice president of the Ink Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Institute of China Education Television's "Ink Danqing Column Group", the contracted artist of "Ink Danqing Column" and "Famous Lecture Hall" of China Education Television, a member of the China Modern Calligraphy and Painting Association, a member of the World Art Research Association, an academician of the Beijing Liuyi Jiayun Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, a member of the Beijing Tang Yun Qingfeng International Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and a member of the Langfang Branch of the Yanzhao Poetry Calligraphy and Painting Institute of Hebei Province.
In 2015, he won the Excellence Award of Yanzhao Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of Hebei Province;
In 2016, he won the Excellence Award in the Painting Category of Langfang Honest Government Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition;
In 2018, he won the gold medal of the 5th Liuyi Cup Calligraphy and Painting Masters Beijing International Exchange Exhibition, and his works were approved by the editorial board of the "2018 China Grand Ceremony of Calligraphy and Painting Masterpieces", which met the qualifications for editing and was permanently collected;
In 2018, the painting "Rich and Auspicious Figure" was permanently collected by Qilu University of Technology;
In 2019, he won the Outstanding Figure Award of Ink Danqing of China Education Television.
