Hangsheng Company, which he founded, has "National Certified Enterprise Technology Center" and "NationalLy Recognized Product Verification and Testing Center"; it is a national high-tech enterprise, and it is the only enterprise that has won both the Guangdong Provincial Government Quality Award and the Shenzhen Mayor's Quality Award; and took the lead in establishing the first postdoctoral research station in the domestic automotive electronics industry. Recently, the reporter had the honor to interview Yang Hong, listen to his entrepreneurial road, and feel his hometown.

As a typical peasant boy in Qidu Township, Yongfeng County, he successfully became a university lecturer after graduation due to his excellent grades in college. In 1990, Yang Hong, who was still the secretary and deputy director of the Youth League Committee of the Department of Electronics in the university, was planning to work in the direction of well-known professors in a decent manner, but the opportunity of fate came impartially, and he was selected to the Shenzhen company, a school-run enterprise on the verge of closure, and began a hard road of entrepreneurship.

Recalling the time when he went to Shenzhen to start a business, he said: "At that time, I was working in the electronics department of Shaanxi Southern Aviation University. At that time, I was sent because I understood electronics and had management experience. After going there, my heart was bottomless. But with a heart that is trusted by the organization, responsibility and mission, I want to do this job well. ”

From the beginning from scratch to the top of the list today. In the past 20 years, Yang Hong has always held the lofty mission of making the national automotive electronics industry bigger and stronger, continuously promoting Hangsheng to take the road of quality and efficiency, and actively practicing the three transformations from "Made in China to China Creation, Chinese Speed to Chinese Quality, and Chinese Products to Chinese Brands", and successfully realized the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.

"At the beginning, we aspired to become the leader of the automotive electronics industry and formulated the development strategy of "332, 118". According to Yang Hong, the so-called "332" is to achieve three transformations, enhance two capabilities, and achieve the strategic goal of "118" through three innovations. That is, the three innovations are management innovation, technological innovation and business model innovation, and the three transformations are the transformation from the operation type to the operation management type, from the scale to the scale strength type, from the speed to the speed efficiency type, and the entire development mode must go to the development of strength, quality and efficiency. "118" is a sales target of 10 billion yuan, the scale of 10 million sets of production of automotive electronics, and more than 8% of the after-tax profit.

From the blue wisp of The Road in the early days of entrepreneurship to the Spread Wings Kunpeng with automotive electronics as the main industry, the company strives for the corporate mission of "building an automotive electronics aircraft carrier and leading the new wave of scientific and technological life" through various ways, and makes due contributions to the revitalization of the national automotive electronics industry.

For his hometown, Yang Hong also poured out his infinite enthusiasm. With projects, funds, scientific management experience and advanced technology, in the past ten years, he has established Yongfeng Hangsheng Electronics Co., Ltd., Ji'an Hangsheng Electronics Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Hangsheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises in Jiangxi, which have solved the employment of more than 2,000 people in the local area, brought considerable economic benefits, played a special role in promoting the development of the electronic information industry and even the new industrialization in Jiangxi Province, and made important contributions to the leapfrog development of Ji'an's economy and society, catching up with and surpassing.

Speaking of returning to his hometown to start a business, Yang Hong said that in fact, the company's economic strength and industrial scale at that time did not have the strength to expand outside, but he was moved by the enthusiasm of the leaders of his hometown to actively develop industry in his hometown. In that case, with a grateful heart, he did his best to decide to go back to his hometown to try it first, and strive to be a leader.

Not only that, over the years, Yang Hong has a pure heart that loves his hometown and returns to Sangzi, and constantly provides suggestions and suggestions for the construction of his hometown. In 2010, he led Hangsheng and the "Yan Ai Fund" to donate 70 million yuan to the old revolutionary area of Ji'an to support the construction of seven experimental schools; when the Ji'an Gan Merchants Federation was established, he also gladly returned to his hometown, actively participated, and worked hard to build a bridge between Shenzhen and Ji'an for economic integration and development.
